How to make an appointment
You can request an appointment now at Grupo Pedro Jaén through different channels: by using the contact form on this page, by calling, or by sending an email to the corresponding center. If you know the name of the doctor and the center where you wish to be seen, please indicate it. Remember that you have the option to request an in-person or online appointment (via video conference), if your circumstances allow. If you have any questions, our reception staff will advise you and indicate the best options for your appointment. The main headquarters are located on Calle Serrano in Madrid and has all specialties except hair disorders, which is offered at the Calle Cinca center, which is a few minutes walk away. For patients in the northern area of Madrid, there is a clinic in La Moraleja, where most specialties are attended.

Same day care
Urgent dermatological consultation
Grupo Pedro Jaén has a dermatological emergency service to attend to cases that cannot wait. To access this service, patients only have to call one of our clinics and request an urgent appointment, briefly explaining the reason for the consultation. Grupo Pedro Jaén assigns the urgent appointment to one of its dermatologists, who receives the patient that same day. This Grupo Pedro Jaén urgent appointment service is only available for dermatological emergencies.
